We do not sell followers, likes, or engagement metrics directly. Any increase in followers, likes, or engagement is the natural result of promotional exposure.

2. Digital Product Delivery

All of our Services are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, our system begins processing your promotional campaign, which may take up to [7 business days] depending on the package and current demand.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Once a campaign has begun, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital marketing services that begin immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable except in cases of:

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our Services complies with each platform’s Terms of Service. We are not liable for any actions taken by social networks against your account, including suspensions, bans, or content removal.

6. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or reputation

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays, drops, or fluctuations in engagement after delivery

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Account Responsibility

By purchasing, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner or authorized manager of the account being promoted

  • You grant us limited permission to carry out promotional actions relevant to your order

We will never request your account passwords or login credentials.

8. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Charge backs or disputes filed without contacting us first may result in permanent service suspension.
